AKRON - The University of Toledo men’s basketball team defeated Akron 77-56 on Saturday afternoon at James A. Rhodes Arena.
Tre’Shaun Fletcher led Toledo (16-7, 8-2 MAC) with 23 points and Jaelan Sanford added 18 points.
Daniel Utomi paced Akron (10-12, 3-7 MAC) with 17 points and Virshon Cotton added 12 points.
