Toledo, Ohio – The University of Toledo's women's tennis team will look to add to its five-game winning streak this weekend when the Rockets host Detroit Mercy on Friday, Feb. 23 at 1:00 p.m. at Twos Athletic Club in Toledo.
The Rockets (6-2) are coming off a weekend sweep of Cincinnati and Wright State last weekend, giving them their longest winning streak since 2013. Mimi Kendall-Woseley shined for Toledo in both matches as the deciding singles competitor in a pair of 4-3 victories. At the No. 2 spot in Friday's match against the Bearcats, she fought back fought back after trailing 2-5 in the third set to clinch the win for UT.
