Buffalo, N.Y. - The Toledo women's tennis team fell to No. 4 seed Ball State, 4-1, at the Miller Tennis Center during the quarterfinal round of the Mid-American Conference Tournament in Buffalo, N.Y. on Friday.
"We came out in doubles and dominated, but just didn't have enough in singles," said head coach Tracy Mauntler. "It's obviously not the way we had it planned, but this team has given me so much fight all year long. We are a young team, and I believe this experience for the freshmen is invaluable. They know what to expect and will be motivated to work this summer.
