TOLEDO, Ohio – The University of Toledo women's track and field team will head to Raleigh, N.C. this Thursday-Saturday to compete in the NC State Raleigh Relays. Members of the Toledo men's cross-country team will also compete in the event.
The Rockets will be competing against some of the top athletes in the country and are looking to earn qualifying times for the NCAA East Regionals.
"The Raleigh Relays is always a big meet," said assistant head coach . "This is where we are hoping to get a couple regional qualifiers While it is the first outdoor meet of the season for many of our athletes, we feel like we are rolling right now coming off the MAC Indoor Championships.
