COLUMBUS, OH – Toledo concluded play at Ohio State's Lady Buckeye Invitational on Sunday with a seventh-place showing. The tournament was played on OSU's par-72, 6,319-yard Scarlet course and included seven teams ranked in the Top 75 of Golfstat's national rankings.
UT shot a 22-over par 310 in today's action to finish at 42-over par (299-297-310) over the 54 holes. The Rockets played shorthanded during the tournament after sophomore Napaphan Phongpaiboon forced to withdraw due to illness. The tourney used a six-golfer, count-four scoring format instead of the traditional five-golfer, count-four scoring.
Toledo was led by the trio of senior Manisa Isavas (78-72-75), freshman Pimchanok Kawil (71-75-79) and senior Sathika Ruenreong (75-74-76) who each tied for 16th place at nine-over par 225.
