Akron, OH – Toledo finished the Mid-American Conference Indoor Championships on Saturday, Feb. 27 at the Stile Athletics Field House on the campus of the University of Akron.
Two athletes scored for the Rockets on day two of the championship event. Senior Kyesha Neal finished seventh in the shot put with a throw of 14.70m. Senior Priscilla Timmons picked up a point for the Rockets in the 3000m with a time of 9:53.78.
"Kyesha has had a great year," head coach Linh Nguyen said. "She's been a really steady and solid performer for us this season.
