TOLEDO, Ohio – The University of Toledo baseball team played its first home game of the season on Friday, falling to Ohio by a score of 13-2 in eight innings.
Toledo scored the first run of the day in the bottom of the second inning, but the Bobcats would go on to score at least one run in the final six innings of Friday's game to claim the series-opening win. The Rockets collected seven hits on the afternoon, two of which came off the bat of . had the only extra-base hit of the day for UT, a double in the bottom of the third.
