TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo women's volleyball team (10-5, 3-1 MAC) saw its five-match winning streak snapped on Friday with a four-set loss to Central Michigan (10-5, 3-1 MAC) at Savage Arena.
CMU won the first two sets, 25-21 and 25-22, but the Rockets kept themselves alive by winning the third set, 25-22. Toledo was unable to keep up with Central Michigan in the fourth set, however, falling 25-16 to the Chippewas.
Junior Taylor Alt led the way with a match-high 17 kills and 11 digs, her third double-double of the year. Senior Ryann Jaqua collected 20 digs while junior Payton Morman added 37 assists and eight digs.
