TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo women's swimming and diving team won eight events in its first home meet of the season on Saturday against Ball State but dropped a 172-128 decision to the Cardinals.
"We are competing strong while in the middle of our hardest training of the season," head coach Brie Globig said. "I'm happy with the progress we are making as a team."
Toledo opened the meet with a spectacular 400 medley relay race by Lucie Morris, Lauren Kilgore, Sydney Conrad and Kennedy Lovell, who won the event with a 3:49.
