ANN ARBOR, Mich. – The Toledo softball team led early but ultimately dropped a 12-3 (6 inn.) decision to Michigan on Wednesday afternoon at Alumni Field.
Toledo (13-13, 4-2 MAC) scored first and held a 3-2 lead until Michigan flipped the game with an eight-run fifth inning to make it 10-3. An inning later, Michigan's Jenissa Conway ended the contest by run-rule with a walk-off two-run homer, her second of the game.
Junior had two of the Rockets' four hits on the day. Senior drove in one run to put her at 99 RBIs for her career.
