CLEVELAND, OH – No. 4 seed Toledo suffered a tough 73-71 overtime setback against No. 5 seed Akron on Wednesday in the quarterfinals of the Mid-American Conference Tournament in Quicken Loans Arena. With the loss, UT falls to 17-13 on the season.
The Rockets will now wait until Monday evening, March 14, to find out if they have been picked to participate in the Postseason WNIT.
