TOLEDO, OH – Toledo was unable to overcome a few three-run innings and lost to Western Michigan (13-36, 6-8 MAC), 10-2. With the loss, the Rockets fall to 9-34-1 and 4-10 and in the Mid-American Conference.
Senior RF Cory Finkler earned his first multi-RBI game of the season with two RBI in a 1-for-4 day. Freshman Ross Adolph and sophomore 2B Matt Hansen picked up multi-hit games. Hansen also reached base with a walk. Sophomore DH Brad Boss, sophomore 1B Dalton Bollinger, senior 3B John Martillotta and senior C Lucas Sokol also picked up singles.
