TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo women's soccer team won its second consecutive game Thursday night in a 2-1 come-fro-behind victory over Northwood at Paul Hotmer Field. Sophomore tied the game three minutes into the second half and delivered the game-winner two minutes later.
"The group had a great response at halftime," head coach said. "Our final 20 minutes of the first half was fantastic and our second half was even better. It was a great team win today."
Toledo had a 17-4 shot advantage over Northwood in the first 45 minutes but trailed 1-0 at halftime, before rallying in the second half.
