La Jolla, CA – Toledo completed its run in the 128th Annual Pacific Coast Men's Doubles Championships on Sunday afternoon at the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club. UT's No. 1 doubles pair of senior Stjepan Sisko and freshman Thawin Suksathaporn won four-straight matches in the consolation bracket but eventually fell to UC Irvine in the semi-finals.
"This is an unbelievably great tournament with tradition and prestige," said head coach Al Wermer. "We had lot of good moments in an outdoor environment and we had a lot of close matches that will develop our mental toughness.
