TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo men's tennis team took the court for the first time together this fall in its annual Everybody vs. Cancer Invitational. Five Rockets combined in singles and doubles play for a 24-14 record, led by freshmen Charlie Snow (6-2 overall record) and Cole Cozens (5-1).
"I think this invitational was fairly productive for us because it's going to give us lots of information from live action," head coach Al Wermer said. "We have a lot to work on but I know the motivation is through the roof."
On Friday afternoon, all three of Wermer's freshmen earned their first wins.
