Quinyon Mitchell, the former University of Toledo cornerback who has surged up NFL draft boards in recent months, will be one of 13 players who attend this year’s draft in Detroit.
The 6-foot, 195-pound two-time All-American starred at the Senior Bowl and NFL Combine.
Mitchell’s 4.33-second 40-yard dash was the second-fastest time at the combine and the fastest ever by a UT player. He did 20 reps of 225 pounds on the bench press, the most by any cornerback.
The other 12 attendees are presumptive No. 1 overall pick USC quarterback Caleb Williams, LSU quarterback Jayden Daniels, North Carolina quarterback Drake Maye, Ohio State wide receiver Marvin Harrison, Jr.
