After a record-breaking three years with the University of Toledo baseball team, Garret Pike is making the move to a Power 4 program.
The Rockets’ star center fielder, who broke UT’s single-season and career home run records during his junior campaign, announced Tuesday he will transfer to the University of Louisville. He previously was expected to enter the Major League Baseball draft this summer, with Baseball America ranking him as the No. 213 overall prospect last month.
