When the University of Toledo football team hosts Ball State on Wednesday, it will be the third game in 12 days for both teams.
Heading into the night matchup at the Glass Bowl, UT coach Jason Candle says each short week presents its own challenges.
“These are all different,” Candle said. “It’s all a slippery slope of how much time we give our guys to rest and how much do you want to spend on the field preparing for the next opponent. It’s time spent on the previous game versus time spent leading up to the next game.
