The first season of the post-Frank Solich era at Ohio has been a roller coaster for the Bobcats. They began the season with four consecutive losses, including a setback against FCS Duquesne. But after a 1-7 start, OU has won its past two games against Miami and Eastern Michigan.
The Bobcats are 3-3 in the MAC, with those three losses coming by a combined 11 points. Another close game is probably in store Tuesday if history is any indication, as five of the past eight meetings between these schools have been decided by one score.
