Toledo is facing a must-win road game Saturday after losing as a double-digit home favorite. Sound familiar?
This is the second time in the past four weeks that that exact scenario has played out. The last time Toledo looked like the Mid-American Conference West's top team by humbling defending champion Ball State in Muncie. There's no reason why it can't do the same thing at Central Michigan.
Of course, the Rockets could also lose by 10 points. It's hard to tell which team will show up. But if UT does win, it could serve as a stabilizing force in a topsy-turvy season.
