Bowling Green, Ohio - The Toledo softball team split a double header with Bowling Green today, falling 3-2 in game one but rallying to a 13-6 stomping in the night cap. Senior Megan Choate was arguably the offensive player of the day as she combined to go 4-for-8 with three runs, five RBIs and one walk. Choate and sophomore Kylie Norwood both also reached the 20-run mark today, 10 more than anyone else on the UT squad. The Rockets collectively earned 15 runs and 18 hits today.
Game 1:
- The first outing of the day was a quiet affair as three of the games' runs came in the first inning and the final two came in the fourth and sixth.
