TOLEDO, Ohio - Toledo will undertake a challenging schedule in 2018-19 that features stiff competition against the nation's top programs on some of the best courses in the country, head coach Jeff Roope announced on Thursday. The Rockets will be playing in eight different states, including a pair of trips to California, during their upcoming season.
"There are key building blocks to excellence in men's college golf such as recruiting, alumni relations, and player development," Roope said. "Scheduling falls into this same category and affords a program an opportunity for sustained, long-term success. That's why we are looking forward to our 2018-19 tournament schedule and are anxious to compete with so many great programs at some of the finest venues the game has to offer!
