TOLEDO, Ohio - The Toledo softball team was victorious in two games over I-75 rival Bowling Green on Saturday to sweep the season series. The Rockets defeated the Falcons by scores of 5-4 and 5-1 to retain first place in the Mid-American Conference west division with a 9-1 record. The Midnight Blue & Gold is now 25-13 overall, while BGSU drops to an even 18-18 overall, 1-8 in league play.

The Rockets rallied from a 4-1 deficit to score four runs in the bottom of the sixth inning and complete the come from behind win.
