Toledo, Ohio – The Toledo women's swimming and diving team hosted its second and final tri-meet of the season on Saturday, sweeping Findlay and Tiffin by the scores of 165-127 and 208-44, respectively, at the UT Recreation Center pool.
"It was a very good day for our team overall," said head coach ."We regained a lot of confidence as a unit. We wanted our swimmers to gain confidence in their main events, and we definitely accomplished that today."
Toledo set a pool record in the first swimming event of the afternoon, as the Rockets' 400-yard medley relay team of sophomore Maureen O'Sullivan, sophomore Bec Welke, sophomore Duda Sales and freshman Alida Ramden combined for a time of 3:47.
