CARMEL, Ind. – Toledo registered a 17-stroke improvement from the first to second round on Monday and sits in 10th place at the Crooked Stick Invitational. The Rockets carded an even-par 288 over their final 18 holes to finish the day at 17-over par 593 (305-288) at the par-72, 7,290-yard Crooked Stick Golf Club,

Senior Stephen Watts, who is tied for 21st place after posting a two-over par 146 (76-70), carded UT's best round of the day with a two-under par 70 in the second round. Junior Duncan McNeill is one stroke behind Watts and tied for 30th place at three-over par 147 (74-73), while sophomore Thomas Thurloway is another shot behind at four-over par 148 (74-74) and tied for 34th place.
