CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Junior , senior and sophomore led the Toledo women's track & field distance runners in Friday's opening day of the Virginia Challenge. Overall, the Rockets had five top-10 finishes at the meet, including four personal-best times.
The Rockets finished 2-4-11 in the 10,000m race. Linga took second place with a time of 33:49.76, the third-best time in Toledo outdoor history. Senior came in fourth with a time of 34:07.29 (fourth-best all-time at UT), while junior finished 11th and set a personal best time at 35:05.16.
