West Lafayette, IN – Sophomore Reid Teatsorth and junior Omar Espinosa fell short of their respective singles flight championships on the final day of the Purdue Invitational.
"It was a very productive weekend filled with a lot of progress and improvement," said head coach Al Wermer. "Defeats are the best teachers, but what I was most proud of was the fight and spirit in the team.
Teatsorth began Friday's Flight D competition with a three-set defeat over DePauls Conor O'Meara. He then went on to record a pair of two-set victories.
