T oledo, Ohio - The Toledo men's tennis team fell 7-0 against Western Michigan today to close out the 2017-18 season.
"We dealt with a lot of adversity and ill-timing with medical issues this year," head coach Al Wermer said. "Despite all that, the guys didn't blink. They stuck together and didn't do any finger pointing and we made the most out of it. This weekend gave me a really good feeling about next year. Juan Carranza, Reid Teatsorth and Vince Anzalone especially did a nice job of laying the groundwork for next year as we approached the end of our season.
