East Lansing, Mich.— The Toledo baseball team dropped its Wednesday night contest at Michigan State by a score of 4-2.
The Rockets held a lead entering the bottom of the fourth, but surrendered two runs in that inning and in the fifth to fall behind and weren't able to recover. Of the four runs scored by the Spartans, three touched home due to Toledo wild pitches.
Sophomore Chris Meyers went 2-for-4, while senior Brad Boss and sophomore John Servello both drove in runs. Sophomore Bryce Davis started the game for UT and registered 3.
