University of Toledo junior quarterback Eli Peters will draw the start against Eastern Michigan on Saturday at the Glass Bowl.
The start will be the first for Peters this season after he started six games last season and appeared in 12 games. In 2018, Peters threw for 1,837 yards and 18 touchdowns.
Redshirt freshman Carter Bradley started last week at Ball State for injured starter Mitch Guadagni. With Guadagni out again on Saturday, Bradley was dressed but not participating in warmups, paving the way for Peters to start.
