TOLEDO, Ohio – Toledo Junior Pawit Sornlaksup has been named Mid-American Conference Men's Tennis Player of the Year for the second consecutive season, as the conference office announced on Wednesday.
Sornlaksup, who was also named First-Team All-MAC for the second season in a row and second time in his career, was one of three Rockets to earn postseason distinctions from the MAC. Head coach Al Wermer was named Coach of the Year, a first for the program. Sornlaksup was joined by senior Krzysztof Wetoszka for first-team honors, while junior Adam Kovac was named Second-Team All MAC.
