TOLEDO, Ohio – Junior RayJ Dennis and senior JT Shumate were named first-team honorees and Head Coach Tod Kowalczyk was named Coach of the Year as part of the National Association of Basketball Coaches' announcement of the 2022-23 all-district teams on Tuesday.
Dennis' and Shumate's recognition marks the 12th straight year at least one Rocket has been included on the all-district squad. The NABC divides the nation into 25 districts and honors 10 players from each district, signifying a five-player first team and a five-player second team.
