BOSTON, Mass. – Sophomores Lou Trois and Emily Vining led a group of six distance runners who ran for personal-best times at Boston University's John Thomas Terrier Classic on Friday Jan. 28.
Trois won her heat and placed 12th overall in the mile with a time of 4:44.44. She beat per previous best time by 17 seconds and now holds the No. 1 time in the MAC by over 10 seconds.
Vining crossed the finish line in 9:28.7 in the 3000m to take 14th. Her time was 18 seconds better than her previous best in that event and currently sits as the No.
