Lou Trois (272) ran a personal-best and MAC leading time in the mile at the John Thomas terrier Classic on Friday.
TOLEDO, Ohio – Toledo junior distance runner Lou Trois was named the Women's Track Athlete of the Week by the Mid-American Conference for her performance at Boston University's John Thomas Terrier Classic over the weekend, the league office announced Wednesday.
Trois competed in the mile run, where she won her heat and placed 12th overall with a time of 4:44.44. She beat her personal-best time by 17 seconds and now sits atop the MAC in the event by over 10 seconds.
