CINCINNATI — Spencer Littleson had 24 points, making 8 of 11 3-pointers, and Toledo beat Oakland 80-53 on Thursday in its second game of the Xavier Invitational at the Cintas Center.
Freshman Ryan Rollins had 17 points for Toledo (1-1), which will wrap up play in the tournament on Friday against the host Musketeers (2-0) at noon.
The Rockets’ Marreon Jackson had 12 points and a team-high eight assists, and Setric Millner, Jr., had 11 points and team-high nine rebounds.
Littleson’s eight three-pointers were one shy of the school record set by Kent Murphree on Nov.
