TOLEDO, Ohio – Wright State broke open a tight game in the late innings on Wednesday afternoon to post an 8-0 victory over the Toledo baseball team at Scott Park. The Raiders (15-13) held a 1-0 lead after six innings and took control with four runs in the seventh and three more in the eighth.
The Rockets (14-15) used four different relievers to open the contest and allowed just a run and four hits over the first six innings.
"It was a one-run game for six innings and a game that anyone could win," Head Coach said.
