Against Cleveland State on Wednesday night, an undersized Vikings team kept challenging the University of Toledo at the rim, and Rockets senior center Luke Knapke continued to turn them away.
Using his instincts and his high IQ on the defensive end, Knapke had a record-setting night with 10 blocked shots on the way to the third triple-double (12 points, 12 rebounds, and 10 blocks) in school history.
The 10 blocks were a Toledo single-game record, and they helped Knapke pass his mentor and former teammate Nathan Boothe at the top of the all-time Toledo blocks list with 162, besting Boothe's previous mark of 155.
