The University of Toledo has been a consistent force on the recruiting trail in recent seasons and routinely brings in top-end classes in the Mid-American Conference.
For all the successes on the recruiting trail, there are obviously some players that never pan out as hoped or anticipated and those that surprise.
Here are the top 10 all-time Toledo recruits, according to 247Sports:
1. WR James Green (2009)
Green originally committed to play for Minnesota, but ended up playing three seasons for Toledo. He caught 26 passes for 292 yards and two touchdowns. He caught nine passes for 70 yards his freshman season in 2010, but never improved much from there with nine catches for 118 yards and a TD as a sophomore and eight catches for 104 yards a score his junior season.
