KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Senior led the way for the Toledo men's tennis team at the Mid-American Fall Championships in Kalamazoo, Mich. as he reached the Flight A singles championship match.
The Flight A singles was made up of the 12 best singles players in the conference. Carvajal took down three-straight league opponents from Western Michigan, Buffalo and UIC before falling in straight sets to Western Michigan's Anton Arzhankin in the championship match.
Sophomore competed in the Flight B singles and took home the championship. Cozens defeated opponents from Buffalo and Western Michigan. Cozens took down Buffalo's Clement Mainguy in a third-set tiebreaker to clinch the flight championship.
