The Rockets trailed 21-0 before backup quarterback John Alan Richter led a touchdown drive in place of injured Tucker Gleason.
Toledo’s offense has been out of sorts the entire game, unable to run and unable to protect. The season-long issues involving the offense line don’t appear to be going away any time soon.
