The Rockets continued their torrid offensive stretch on Friday night at Savage Arena, shooting 60 percent en route to a 96-82 win over Ohio, snapping a grim four-game losing streak.
Javan Simmons pitched a perfect game, scoring a game-high 22 points on 10-of-10 shooting. Sam Lewis scored 20 points, Seth Hubbard had a season-high 17 points, Sonny Wilson had 13 points and four assists, Bryce Ford had 10 points, and Isaiah Adams added eight points and five assists.
Ohio coach Jeff Boals is now 1-10 against Tod Kowalczyk.
