Inside EJ Farmer’s locker is a Shane Battier quote that reads, “I don’t complain about playing time. My job is to play so well the coach can’t sit me.”
The sophomore guard is currently living that motto. And succeeding.
“These last four to five games have been the best I’ve felt in college,” Farmer said.
The Cleveland native started the first five games of the season for the Rockets, with varying levels of success for himself and the team. In 74 minutes, Farmer scored 12 points on 4-of-10 shooting with six rebounds, four assists, and one steal.
