CLEVELAND, Ohio – University of Toledo women's soccer player Abby Demboski and men's tennis player Danilo Vukotic have been awarded the MAC Medal of Excellence, the league office announced today.
Demboski and Vukotic were both honored by the MAC for their academic and athletic achievements during their collegiate careers. Demboski graduated this spring with a degree in nursing, and Vukotic graduated this spring as well with a degree in information technology.
A four-year starter on the soccer team, Demboski appeared in 80 matches during her career and was a key cog during the Rockets' 2017 MAC Championship run.
