Darius Alexander, Jerjuan Newton Named CFN Honorable Mention All-Americans

TOLEDO, Ohio – Toledo senior defensive tackle Darius Alexander and wide receiver Jerjuan Newton were selected as honorable mention All-Americans by College Football Network, highlighting the Rockets' All-American and All-MAC honors from the outlet on Wednesday.

Newton was also named the CFN MAC Wide Receiver of the Year and both he and Alexander were each First-Team All-MAC selections, in addition to safety Maxen Hook. Additionally, Toledo's secondary unit was named the CFN MAC Secondary of the Year. The Rockets totaled 18 All-MAC picks from the outlet.
