TOLEDO, Ohio – University of Toledo senior center Bryce Harris (Akron, Ohio) was named a semifinalist for the Campbell Trophy by the National Football Foundation today. The award has recognized the best football scholar-athlete in the nation every year since 1990.
Harris graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology with a 3.509 grade point average in 2019. He currently holds a 3.797 GPA in the College of Graduate Studies, where he is studying school counseling.
The NFF will announce 12-14 finalists in November, and each of them will receive an $18,000 postgraduate scholarship as a member of the NFF National Scholar-Athlete Class, presented by Mazda.
