And the Toledo basketball team is absolutely scalding (or whatever’s the polar opposite of that Arctic Hammer coming to pound us next week).
In the Mid-American Conference game of the season, the Rockets continued to rip through the league in a 91-76 beatdown of second-place Akron on Tuesday at Savage Arena.
Here was another performance to marvel, the home team coming from every direction.
Even with second-leading scorer Ryan Rollins held without a point, it didn’t matter. A positionless Toledo team with scorers for days had too much.
