WINDSOR, Ont. – Former Rocket Barend Botha continued his red-hot start to his professional career on the PGA Americas Tour by winning his second-straight tournament with a one-shot victory at the BioSteel Championship. Botha carded a final-round seven-under par 63 to capture the win and has now won two of the three tournaments he has entered. He began the final round one shot out of the lead and finished with a 72-hole total of 26-under par 254 (64-63-64-63) at the par-70, 7,033-yard Ambassador Golf Club.
Botha's victory also moved him up to No. 4 in the Fortinet Cup points list.
