TOLEDO, OH - Alex Fernandez has been named the Graduate Assistant Coach for the men's golf program, head coach Jamie Broce announced on Tuesday.
"We are truly blessed to have Alex join the Rocket family," Broce said. "He has a passion for teaching and a thirst for knowledge. I have no doubt Alex will push myself and the players with new ideas. I look forward to working with him."
A native of Yukon, OK, Fernandez graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in professional golf management. He has worked in the golf business for the last five years, including the past two at the historic Inverness Club.
