3 takeaways from Toledo's loss to Buffalo

For the first time since 2013, the University of Toledo football team has lost consecutive Mid-American Conference games. A week after falling at Eastern Michigan, the Rockets couldn’t get much offense going in a 31-17 home defeat to Buffalo. At a crossroads in its season, here are three takeaways from the Toledo loss:

1) Questions at quarterback: All of a sudden, the quarterback situation is in limbo for the Rockets. Starter Mitch Guadagni was pulled after a quarter of action in which he was 2-of-4 with an interception and two sacks. Eli Peters entered the game only to go 5-of-17 for 128 yards.
