Call it whatever you want. For Tricia Cullop, all three words can be used to describe Jessica Cook.
The first time Cullop saw her future player was during a club game in the summer of 2019. Cook was elbowed in the face, causing a gnarly black eye to form, and never came out of the game.
“You play through the pain,” the 2021 recruit said. “I don’t like the feeling of sitting and not being able to contribute to my team. Watching makes me feel less in control. When I’m in the game, I feel like I’m productive.
